INFORMATION ABOUT CANCELLATION

 

CANCELLATION RIGHT

You have the right to cancel this agreement within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the date:

• on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), took possession of the goods, insofar as you ordered one or more goods under a single order and these were delivered simultaneously;
  
• on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), took possession of the last goods, insofar as you ordered multiple goods under one order and these were delivered separately.
  

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. This can be done by email: support@crazemode.com

You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

 

CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL

If you withdraw from this agreement, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than 14 days after receipt of your withdrawal notice.

For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will this refund entail any additional costs for you.

We may refuse to refund until we:

• have received the returned goods, or
  
• you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
  

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and no later than 14 days after the date on which you informed us of the withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the 14-day period expires.

You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, properties, and functioning.

 

REASONS FOR EXCLUSION AND EXPIRY OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

• for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and that are manufactured based on an individual choice or decision by the consumer;
  
• for the delivery of goods that can deteriorate quickly or have a limited shelf life;
  
• for the delivery of alcoholic beverages whose price has been agreed in the contract but which cannot be delivered until at least 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose value depends on market fluctuations;
  
• for the delivery of newspapers, newspapers, or magazines, with the exception of subscriptions.
  

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts:

• for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been broken after delivery;
  
• for the delivery of goods that, after delivery, have been mixed with other goods inseparably due to their nature;
  
• for the delivery of audio and video recordings and computer software in sealed packaging, if the seal has been broken after delivery.
